We’re pleased to announce that we have a new ISO 9001:2015 accreditation.
The ISO9001 standard has long been a mark of quality assurance. It means that we use quality management systems to run our business, so you, our customers can rest assured that you’re in safe hands.
Network Packaging has held the ISO 9001:2008 accreditation since 2012, so we felt it was time to update our quality management and move to the new 2015 certification.
So, what’s the difference between the ISO 9001:2008 and the ISO 9001:2015 accreditations?
The 2015 ISO 9001 certification has more detailed requirements for processes, documents, performance and nonconformity.
In addition, there’s more focus on risk management and the context of our business – meaning we’ll be paying more attention to internal and external factors that could impact our quality management, products and services.
What does our ISO certification mean for you?
- Our certification is proof we can provide you with consistent, reliable and fit for purpose solutions and services
- It can provide assurance that we listen to our customers and respond proactively to customer feedback
- You can also be secure in the knowledge that any issues are identified and resolved quickly
