Our Q1 2019 Customer Survey Results

Our latest customer survey was sent to companies that purchased packaging from us between January – March 2019. We’re excited to share the results with you and would like to thank everyone who took part.

Our Net Promoter Score is 65

Our Net Promoter score is what our customers would recommend us on to other businesses, friends or family members. The average Net Promoter Score (NPS) for a business to business company like ours is 30 and the judging scale goes from -100 – 100.

Compared to the results of our Q4 2018 survey, our latest NPS declined. However, our score remains 35 points above the business to business average.

Where any customer has a specific concern, our team have personally been in touch to support our customers and put in positive resolution in place.

Why would our customers recommend us?

Our customers say they would recommend us due to our dedication to great customer service. Our flexibility, effective packaging solutions and range of delivery options are also amongst the reasons we get a thumb’s up!

Have we been meeting our customers’ needs?

94% of customers said we’ve been meeting their needs extremely or very well, which is great to hear! This is consistent with the results we saw throughout 2018.
