Is it November already? The year seems to be flying by, and that means it’s time for us to publish our Q3 2018 customer survey results. Our latest survey was sent to Network Packaging customers who made a purchase between July – September this year. Thanks to everyone who took part!
Our Net Promoter Score is 85
Our Net Promoter Score means that our customers will recommend us to friends, family and other businesses. The average for business to business companies is around 30, and the scale goes from -100 to 100.
This quarter our score has increased 25 points vs. Q2 2018. This reflects our effort to provide more consistency when it comes to touch points and account management in the last 3 months.
Why would our customers recommend us?
The dedication of our staff really makes a difference to our customers. Plus, quality products and the flexibility to provide stock at short notice means that we add value to our customers.
Have we been meeting our customers’ needs?
95% of customers said we meet their needs extremely or very well. This is consistent with all our surveys throughout 2018, which is great.
