Net Promoter Score (NPS) measures the willingness of our customers to recommend our company, products or services to others like you. The maximum score a company can receive is +100 and the lowest -100.
Network Packaging’s NPS means that our clients are highly likely to recommend us! Compared to our previous survey, this has dropped slightly by 4 points. However, our score remains well above average for a business-to-business company and has been largely consistent throughout the year.
Why would our customers recommend us?
During the last quarter, our customers would recommend us because of great service provided by our friendly and helpful staff. We’ve also made it easier for customers to place their packaging orders and offered fast delivery too.
Have we been responsive to our customers enquiries and questions?
Yes! 91% of our customers describe us as extremely or very responsive to questions and concerns, which is great. We always aim to get back to customers quickly to make sure they’re happy with their packaging and our service.
