Our Net Promoter Score is 68

Our Net Promotor Score means that you’re highly likely to recommend us to your friends, family and other businesses. Our score has increased by three points since Q3 2017, which is great news. Net Promoter Score is measured on a scale of -100 to 100 and for business to business company like ours, average scores are around 20-30.

You’ve told us that great service is the reason we really stand out. Packaging solutions that are personalised to your businesses are important too, as well as friendly staff and quick delivery.
