Our Net Promoter Score means that you’re highly likely to recommend us to your friends, family and other businesses. The score has increased by 17 points since Q4 2017, which is great news. Net Promoter Score is measured on a scale of -100 to 100 and for business to business company like ours, average scores are around 20-30.
